Foreign AffairsDaveWe need to have better diplomacy in Afghanistan. We dropped the ball. Because of that, morale is really low at the State Department. With diplomacy, we can increase morale. In addition to that, we diverted so many resources to Iraq. In Kabul, the water and sewer system has not been rebuilt. If we could put resources there, we can rebuild the economy.
