UDALL CAMPAIGN RELEASES INITIAL FUNDRAISING NUMBERS

A Strong Quarter Reflects Strong Support

(Westminster-CO) - Today, Udall for Colorado, Congressman Mark Udall's (D-Eldorado Springs) U.S. Senate Campaign, announced its 2^nd quarter 2007 fundraising totals.

"The Mark Udall for Colorado Campaign is pleased to announce that Mark Udall raised over $1.1 million during the 2^nd Quarter of this year," said Udall Campaign Manager Mike Melanson. "Additionally, Mark will report nearly $2.5 million as cash on hand." 

"This impressive number reflects the early and deep support Mark Udall has earned in Colorado by doing things the right way, focusing on the challenges faced by middle class and working families and providing the kind of independent leadership Coloradans expect and deserve," said Melanson. 

"There is still a long way to go but Mark Udall is going to keep doing what he's always done - work hard to find bipartisan solutions for Colorado families and provide strong, independent leadership for our state and our country," said Melanson.
