2008 State Democratic Assembly and Convention (Democratic Party Activity)
Thank you participating as a delegate or an alternate to the 2008 Colorado State Democratic Assembly in Colorado Springs on Saturday, May 17, 2008. You will receive your credentials from the Colorado Democratic Party by mail prior to the event.
***Important***
Only those who have been selected as delegates and alternates from the county assemblies will receive credentials and be allowed in the World Arena.
Below are the schedule and rules that should help make your day go smoother.
•No one will be allowed into the World Arena or the World Arena grounds (including parking) without a credential from the Colorado Democratic Party.
•If you are an Assembly or Convention Delegate, you may pre-register on Friday, May 16, 2008 from 1:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Double Tree Hotel World Arena, 1775 E. Cheyenne Mountain Boulevard, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80905
•Assembly and Convention Delegates and Alternates may register on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 7:00 am at the World Arena.
•The Democratic Assembly will convene at 10:00 am on Saturday, May 17, 2008.
•Parking at the World Arena is $5.00 and you must have a credential for parking.
•There will be food venders at the World Arena.
